Filtration plant for metal mining in Russia

The Russian Copper Company has just awarded TH the contract for the design and construction of a filtration plant for copper and zinc ore enrichment.

This plant is to replace the current filtration plant at the Alexandrinskaya copper mine in the region of Chelyabinsk, as the customer needs to reduce the moisture level of the outfeed product from filtration. The plant is to have 2 APN16 filter presses, guaranteeing an output capacity of 15 t/h for copper and 5 t/h for zinc, with moisture levels of less than 10%.

TH's technology has been installed successfully in at least 25 countries, and the company has been working with major mining concerns for over 50 years. It has several filtration plants in place in the Russian mining industry.
