New contract in Australia for the Woodlawn mine

TH has been selected by the Australian engineering firm Sedgman to design, manufacture and commission 3 filter presses for the Woodlawn mine, owned by Heros Resources.

This mine, which is currently under construction, is located 50 km from Canberra and is expected to produce 40,000 t of zinc, 10,000 t of copper and 12,000 t of lead per year. The plant will feature 3 filter presses, each of them working on the filtration of a different ore concentrate.

In recent years, TH Company has increased its presence on the Australian market, especially in filtration, and has undertaken several projects for Glencore mines such as the McArthur River Mine, the Mt Isa Mine and CSA. TH is currently developing a filtration plant for the lithium processing plant run by Tianqi Lithium, which is expected to become a world benchmark when it opens at the end of this year.
