Plant for dolomite aggregates for construction

A complete crushing, sizing and washing plant for dolomite aggregates and for treating the resulting slurry, including a complete water recovery system. Designed to ensure the supply of the aggregates needed to produce concrete for hotel developments in the keys of Camagüey province in northern Cuba.

The hotels in the cays of northern Cuba are undergoing extensive far- refurbishments, and new hotels are also being built as the tourist industry takes off and standards become more and more stringent.

DThe importer for the Cuban Ministry of Construction launched a public tender, inviting numerous machinery manufacturers to bid for the design and manufacture of a complete aggregate production plant. TH Company was one of around 10 bidders. It was declared the winner of the tender due to the overall plant design submitted and the quality of the equipment provided by its TH Division.

PTo meet the customer's requirements, TH designed a plant featuring a primary crushing station (with a double disc separator to remove steriles), a primary sizing station, a secondary crushing station (with a reversible crusher), a final sizing station (with a wet vibrating screen and a compact sand washing unit), a sludge treatment system (comprising a thickener and filter press), conveyor belts, clean water tank, piping, conduits, an electrical control post, etc.
