+34 94 674 50 00A system for washing and sizing limestone sand and gravel at the Calidra de Oriente plant owned by the Calidra Group. The project includes basic process engineering, plant design, manufacturing of equipment and commissioning.
The Calidra Group asked TH to design, manufacture and implement an aggregate washing and recovery facility. TH also handled the preliminary basic process engineering phase.
The material to be processed comprises limestone gravel steriles with grain sizes of 0-45 mm, and the washing plant installed is designed to treat over 80 t/h.
Within the scope of this project, TH manufactured and supplied the following equipment: a trommel washer, coarse products screening equipment, sump pumps, a hydrocyclone system, dewatering equipment, etc.
