Project Management

Every project carried out at TH is assigned to a specific technical team. That team is led by a project manager appointed exclusively for each project. Having an exclusive project manager facilitates communication and coordination with the customer in all areas of the project.

As soon as implementation begins, a project manager is appointed to work exclusively on the project. A technical team is also appointed and together they cover design requirements in the main disciplines and provide technical assistance in the field.

Each project thus has a specific lead contact person whose remit is to deliver the complete project on time and in accordance with the specifications and cost estimate agreed with the customer.

The wide experience of TH's technical staff across a range of industries ensures that our customers are highly satisfied with the way in which the projects awarded to TH are drawn up and implemented.
