The sales manager closest to the location of the customer, or by default the relevant area manager, accompanies customers at the early stages of drawing up the specifications required to enable a quote for supplies and cooperation to be prepared. The sales staff involved, together with an appropriately selected technical team located at our central offices, calculate and draw up the scope and costs of the technical and commercial quote required by the customer.
