Commissioning of a drying plant in Morocco

TH has developed a new drying plant for French company Lafarge Holcim in Casablanca (Morocco). The project entailed the design, manufacturing and implementation of the plant, which is intended to treat 0-10 mm limestone sand and 0-20 mm limestone gravel with in feed moisture levels in excess of 6%. It is expected to produce more than 20 t/h and to guarantee an outfeed moisture level in the sand of less than 0.5%.

Morocco and Algeria, where TH has set up another facility for the same company, are two countries which are undergoing strong development, with major business opportunities. TH is seeking to reinforce its position there thanks to this new project.
