Description

TH supplies a wide range of thickeners for separating solids from liquids using flocculation and sedimentation, designed to ensure effective phase separation in mining product treatment, aggregates and environmental processes.

NK-P/H/PP thickeners are versatile enough to be used in the treatment of waste water from all kinds of industrial production processes, especially mining, steel making, food processing and recycling.

These high performance thickeners are designed to provide optimal results with smaller thickening surface areas and the best possible clarification and concentration of solids in discharges

If necessary, the thickener can be fitted with lamella plates to increase its thickening capacity for the same free tank diameter.

Characteristics

An exclusively designed thickener that makes equipment easier to operate and maintain.

Drive and feeding system on diametrical support bridge.

Feeding system optimised to minimise turbulence and enhance the effectiveness of slurry conditioning.

Torque control, drive protection and equipment regulation via load cells and a panel with built in Programmable logic controller (PLC).

Optional lifting device for rake arms.

Configurations available: elevated steel tank (PP), or on ground steel tank (P) or on ground concrete tank (H).

  • • Skimmer arm to eliminate surface froth (Available on P and PP configurations).

Bolted steel tanks for easier transportation and assembly.

Structural components (tank, bridge and supports) designed using the Finite Element Method (F.E.M.) software for static and dynamic loads, including seismic loads if necessary.

Optional lamella plate pack (for P and PP configurations).

Skimmer arm to eliminate surface froth (Available on P and PP configurations).
