WSC Wet Vibrating Screens

Description

TH designs and builds wet vibrating screens for sizing and washing gravel and sand for various applications including aggregates, industrial minerals and CDW recycling.

Its controlled countercurrent spray wash water system effectively removes fine and sterile particles, producing high value end product and ensuring outstanding screening performance.

Their simple, robust design makes WSC wet vibrating screens highly reliable and productive.

The wet vibrating screens are designed to distribute loads evenly and thus ensure smooth running, conducive to the obtaining of constant grading curves whatever type of material is being processed. The incorporation of spray nozzles maximises product washing and helps redistribute fines across the screening surface area.

WSC wet vibrating screens are low maintenance and are configured for easy access to wear parts. This reduces maintenance costs and makes the job of operators easier.

Characteristics

Spray wash water system incorporating inlet manifold with check valves.

Load distribution for smooth running and optimal product distribution.

Adjustable screen inclined angle and vibration levels.

Vibration mechanism with transverse shaft which has roller bearings mounted on steel housings with adjustable counterweights at the ends.

Supported on helical springs with built in side dampers to reduce movements during start up and stopping.

Various mesh configuration options: metal, rubber or polyurethane, depending on the material to be sized. Transverse mesh tensioning system with lengthwise slats for easy replacement.

Rubber or polyurethane protective linings in loading and unloading areas subject to wear.

Benefits

    • Very sturdy and versatile for washing and sizing gravel and sand.
    • High efficiency in gravel washing.
    • Low maintenance costs thanks to protective elements in areas subject to wear.
